Typically pretty good place, like a 4.4 but rounding - food is normally on time, plenty of parking and tastes great. Prices have sure spiked up, but they always deliver and never had bad service.

I had the rare steak pho and the broth didn’t have good flavor and the steak was chewy. The amount of steak is pretty light which is unfortunate because a small pho is $15.95. The beef banh mi was flavorful and a much better option. I would return for the banh mi but not the pho.

Food and service was good for a Vietnamese place in Irvine, very comparable to Garden Grove. Only issue is the lighting. It was so dim that it was difficult to read the menu. Which the tinted windows they should have upped the lights.

Our experience was great. The pho was very tasty their tendents were big and soft also the broth was one of the best I've tasted in a long time. We also got a few appetizers they were delicious. Especially appetizers A5 A6 A7 they did not disappoint.

Food this time around has been better and customer service has improved. My mom loved the pad thai and eggrolls. Pho was also very good.
